Shipping Policy
We ship all of out orders from our warehouse in Mabelvale, Arkansas where our team is hard at work to ensure that your items make it to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. We do our best to pack boxes with an appropriate amount of material to give your items the best chance for a safe arrival. With that said, we are not responsible for items that were lost or damaged in transit.
Shipping is, for most items, paid by us! The only time we are unable to do so is on products that we are such a good deal that we are unable to make a return.

FREIGHT
While we do ship most freight orders for free, we are unable to pay the fee to provide a lift gate to customers without a loading dock. If you are unable to either lift the item off the truck yourself, or do not have a shipping dock, our freight carriers add an additional $150 fee to provide a lift gate. Any oversized orders must be sent freight, and any lift gate fees MUST be paid for by the customer.

On freight items, you must check the condition of the item upon arrival PRIOR to the driver leaving. Any damage must be reported to the driver and to us IMMEDIATELY. Failure to do this may result in an impossibility of refund and/or replacement of the item.

We stand behind our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, here is our policy for returns and guarantees.
30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To start a return, please email us at Support@GoodGrabs.com to request a return shipping label.
GOODGRABS OPERATIONAL GUARANTEE
We guarantee all parts, heavy machinery, and appliances will be operational and function as intended for 30 days.

Special Installation Requirement: For items requiring connection to water, gas, or electrical lines (e.g., water heaters, HVAC units), this 30-day operational guarantee is valid only if the unit was installed by a licensed professional. Proof of professional installation may be required.
RETURN CONDITION & REFUNDS
Your refund is based on the condition of the returned item.

Full Refund: Issued if the item is unopened, in its original packaging, and with all factory seals intact.

Partial Refund: Items that have been opened or used are subject to a depreciation fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping: The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund amount once we receive the item.

Serial Number Verification: For your protection, we verify the serial number of all returned items. Refunds will not be issued, and the return will be rejected if the serial number does not match our records.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:

Swimwear, underwear, lingerie, hosiery

Cosmetic, beauty, grooming, and hygiene products

Over-the-counter medications, food items, and toiletries
Any other non-returnable items will be clearly marked "AS-IS" or "NON-RETURNABLE" on their product page.
